Village Garden Shoppe — Local services in Mahomet

My experience with Village Green Shop had some challenges. I ordered flowers through the funeral service, knowing they act as a third party. While the shop didn’t receive my order until my father’s memorial service began, they assured me the flowers would be sent ASAP once I provided the address.

Later in the day, I followed up and was told they didn’t want to “bombard” us after the service. These flowers were meant to comfort my grieving mother and included my father’s favorite roses—something deeply meaningful. Once they realized I was immediate family, they prioritized the delivery, though it arrived later than expected.

After the incident, the shop reached out to apologize and generously offered another bouquet free of charge for my mother. I truly appreciate this effort to make things right, and it shows they care about their customers.
