These guys are AWESOME! I brought 3 old iPhones in for service/battery replacement. I've been letting my kids use 2 as pseudo computers & I knew one of these phones might have bigger issues.

MPR had to get one of the batteries from their other location but they texted me keeping me up to date with the status (which took only 2-3 days total, including over a weekend) to save me from additional trips.

The two phones now have a new battery and are working perfectly. The cost was extremely reasonable and they even included a case and screen protector!!

The questionable iPhone where I had first tried to replace the battery - I did it very carefully, and not my first time - but they verified the phone was shot. I brought it back home and will recycle it properly.

I encourage you to try this great little shop and keep your business local. Cases galore, and expert and friendly knowledge. Awesome prices too. If you really want to hear something negative, they don't have designated parking but there's lots of side-of-street parking adjacent.

If you arrive w/o an appt and they're not there during their posted hours, call them on the phone # posted on their door.

I highly recommend this place, much easier to deal with than the big companies, they are friendly, fast, stand by the products they sell,I was at square one mall (saugus rt1) and the gentleman (maybe owner) was super helpful and informative told me about the malden Location(on everett line ferry st) that I could also go there for assistance . and stood by those words , when I needed to visit a next time. Although he was not at Ferry st when I went there the man there was super helpful and addressed exactly what I needed,and witnessed him being super nice to all the other customers as well while I was there..thanks for great service at both...

I took my cell phone to fix it and it did a terrible job, it left a lot of glue on the side and it was crooked, and my camera sound wasn't broken, and when I picked it up it was broken, I went back to the guy who fixed it and he fixed me. . he treated me very rudely, and while i was there another person came complaining and called me outside the store and said it was not good for repairs so i should take it to apple… very dissatisfied with...
