PS Jewelry — Local services in Malden

Costumer Service was ok however it was misleading. Because when I first came in I asked all the details about resizing the rings etc. They told me they can do it is needed before making the sale. I go back a second time to purchase the ring and I asked again about resizing no problem we will get it done AT NO COST costumer rep told me. When I bought them come back to send to resize never they mentioned it would cost. Today when i pick it up. They were charging me for it. After so many opportunities and They overcharged me on the first transactions. The Sales reps have to be more honest about fees not just sales and just to take your money. Really not recommending people to go there is it your first time buying jewlery. And after i complaint The lady never tried to do something to remediate...

This is my second time getting a custom piece from PS Jewelry. I got this necklace to commemorate the birth of my daughter and I plan to give it to her in the future. All I can say is WOW! I am super impressed. Definitely heirloom quality.

Edit: I just got some jewelry repaired at PS. They did an excellent job repairing my vintage ring. They didn’t like how it was repaired the first time and told me that they sent it back before they called me. Their customer service is the best. When I came to pick up my piece they apologized for the wait (which honestly wasn’t long at all!) and explained what had happened. I also purchased some earrings which were absolutely adorable. Go! We have been going to PS Jewelry for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of jewelry we have received. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always able to answer our questions or pick out the perfect gift.
