DO NOT GO HERE‼️ Everett House use to be the best pizza place around, now their customer service is TERRIBLE, the delivery is even worse and the food is only half way towards decent. Not worth the money. The person on the phone hung up on me when I was attempting to give my card info. The delivery guy went to the wrong address and took almost two hours to bring me my food. Then when he got here he screamed in my face. After screaming he expected me to tip him. LOOOOL this place lacks in many aspects. I normally wouldn’t write a nasty review because I’m a server in a restaurant but this place is extremely disgusting and disrespectful, I just had to let people know who they are ordering from. Ive been ordering from this place for almost 15years straight, now I’ll take my money to Nanas Pizza(Everett), New York Pizza (Malden) and Main St Pizza (Everett) much better food and CUSTOMER...

Firstly they didn't have shrimp Alfredo and hat breaks my heart because I am a dying fan of Alfredo pasta especially shrimp. So I decided to get the chicken Alfredo and when it finally came the driver was pretty much throwing shade at the fact that I did not tip him and he tried to make a joke out of it . Totally disrespectfull. It made me not even feel bad about not tipping. They gave a lot of pasta which right then and there was a sign that it was going to be either overcooked or soggy . My guesses were correct of course for someone who eats a bit TOO much pasta. The macaroni was soggy overcooked the Alfredo sauce was flavorless and the chicken was undercooked and also flavorless. And the broccoli !!!!! Terrible . I don't know if they were having a bad day but never again...

I have been ordering pizza from this place for many years. I will continue to order from them because I think they have the best pizza in the city. I will comment, though, that the man behind the counter who answers the phone sometimes, maybe the owner, maybe not, But he is rude, obnoxious, and has no idea how to be in customer service at all. He acts this way on the phone as well. For me the place would be a dream if he stayed away from the phone and the customers. the girl that works there is extremely nice and knows how to deal with people. She should...
