This "treatment plant" is nothing like one would expect. To understand it one has to forget every pre-conceived notion and emotion, and start from scratch. Great spot for a little walk, if you want a bit of quiet nature, without driving far out of town. The trails are very well kept. I walked through nearly all of them in ~80 minutes. Can't wait to get a dog and bring him/her here!
