I can't believe that is the same place so believe it or not I was around when they were first building Brightwater...when it was a baseball field, I want to say and old tow yard or junk yard and I remember 1 building there. There was nothing there, but it seems like a very nice and peaceful place to go to. The staff there were very nice, helpful and informative. I think the experience is cool but they take way too long to keep a 4th graders attention while going back and forth inside and outside. Now I think 5th grade and above it is the perfect age to start with. Overall a very easy, fun, and close field trip.

The Brightwater Environmental Education and Community Center is a beacon of inspiration. Whether you're there for the educational programs, the community events, or simply to enjoy the serene surroundings, Brightwater is a must-visit destination. I am grateful for the positive impact it has on our community and the environment, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. Can't wait for my next visit to soak in the knowledge and natural beauty that Brightwater has to offer!

Great art installations and displays to teach the public about the importance of water management. It was closed when we were there so we didn't get to go inside, but what a nice find! I love places that look natural (thanks to the walking trails and greenery) , beautiful and at the same time resourceful and educational.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service of this event center. My youngest sisters Sweet 16 had been planned for almost a year and had booked the date with Brighwater center only to find out with a phone call that they had made an error and someone had already booked that date and “Payed in full”. How selfish and greedy these people are to crush a young girls dream Sweet 16 for extra 2 grand or so. Unbelievable we put our trust and hopes for this beautiful family gathering and celebration of my little Sisters day to shine on Brightwater employees and now all the planning out the window! Jenny spent months calling and setting the dates with photographers, makeup and hair stylist, DJ, catering service, etc. WOW YES BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO HAVE THE EVENT OF YOUR DREAMS, BUT what gives if you can’t even go through with your celebration because oops sorry it was an error and that person no longer works here......
