We had an amazing experience, and would highly recommend this service! Best decision we made.

They came to our room to size our boots and helmets, handed over our equipment and told us we could literally leave it anywhere in the village for them to pick up once we were done. We had two amazing days of skiing/snowboarding… The equipment performed well, and although they have an offer to replace or adjust any equipment , thankfully, we didn’t need to do so. The woman who came to our room, calibrated the skis and bindings, and snowboards were set up, according to our preferences.

At the end, we left our gear in our hotel locker, and they came to pick it up. We communicated by text, and they were very responsive. Their level of service is impeccable. The whole service was flawless.

We will be using their service the next time we visit Mammoth! Highly...

Rented through their new Quiver program after calling the number on their website and speaking with a representative who confirmed that I’d be able to change out the skis mid day at the Canyon Lodge Demo center, same place I picked them up from in the morning. Attempted to do this mid day and I was denied this ability. The manager refused to speak with me or own the error on behalf of their employee and make an exception. I’d never use this service again. Zero stars...

Super convenient service. Easy to reserve, they called me to advise on making an equipment change. Day of service was on-time. He brought multiple boots to try. We had left our goggles at home and he was able to go back to the shop and get some for us. Drop off couldn’t have been easier, just left everything in front of the lodge.
