Heritage Village At Manalapan — Local services in Manalapan Township

Have been living in Heritage Village in Manalapan for the past six years . It was lovely now all the amenities that they post on their site they don’t have anymore. They don’t have a bus anymore to take you to the store or to the doctor. There’s no air conditioning in the lobby during the summer. They have stopped mowing the lawn and planting flowers this year 2024 the lightbulbs in the hallway go out takes months before they replace because they don’t have any product Lights in the parking lot on one side of the building you park your car and you take your life in your hands Pitch Black and they know it and do nothing you can’t get through to Management nobody ever gets back to you. . We do not have a wellness center as they put in there Amenities that come with the building over the past 4 years we have gone through four different managers for the apartment building All the rugs in Halls are filthy ,The office manager on site is so nice they try there best. main management horrible., they get money from State but they do not keep up anything in...

HERITAGE VILLAGE IS A LOVELY PLACE TO LIVE. IT IS FOR PEOPLE 55+. MANY OF THE RESIDENTS ARE STILL WORKING AND MANY ARE RETIRED. WE HAVE BINGO, MOVIE NIGHTS & CELEBRATE HOLIDAYS IN OUR COMMUNITY ROOM.
