ClosetTec did a fabulous job for us. Their designer, Isabelle D., made an appointment at our convenience, came to our home & took measurements, then worked with us with her interactive design tools to create a fabulous and super-efficient closet design for my husband's closet. She showed us how we could make maximum use of the available space, and created a visual picture so we could see how it would work. All of her ideas were wonderful, and the job itself was surprisingly affordable. Our installation was scheduled within two weeks of finishing the design, and the crew came & were in & out before we knew it. They were fast, efficient, and highly skilled, and the cleanup was so good you would never know they had been there except for the wonderful closet they left behind. It was a pleasure dealing with Closetec from start to finish! Robert spent a lot of time with us on our first visit to the showroom helping us choose from a huge selection in their showroom and to also keep us on track with expenses. There was nothing that was not possible from the requests and needs that we had. On the day of installation a very talented man named Dwayne was a genius in setting this up from start to finish! Along with him was his assistant who did an equal job to have everything prepared and ready for the set up. Dwayne made suggestions during the set up that proved to be very helpful and things that I never would’ve thought of to make the wall unit perfect! When dealing with the office staff, they were both helpful, patient and ‘calming’ because this was a very big project for me in my home and I called them many times for validation of all my choices. I reached out to Closettec after my son's closet fell apart. I made an appointment to come into the showroom and was was welcomed in by Rob and the rest of the staff. The units on display are gorgeous. They really give you insight into what is possible in terms of organization, functionality, and aesthetics. The installation was was quick and simple and the results were amazing. Not only has my son become more organized, but he has easier access to all of his clothes. We were so happy with the results that we had our master bedroom closets done as well. And, we plan to do more closets in the future.
