The staff could not be more impolite, apathetic, lazy, nasty, and unprofessional. I should have realized when the closed sign was still displayed on the front door at 1:00pm. What a shame, they may have amazing building materials but when the staff in the store refuse to look up from the phone, walks right by you as though you aren't standing AT the counter, and actually have the audacity to roll their eyes when you request assistance, who wants to do business with them? Yes it happened. No I couldn't believe it. The man who sat at the counter did not even want to hear anything about it, he just kept talking over me in an extremely condesensing manner YES MAAM as I calmly tried explaining what happened YES MAAM (which he should have been witness to since he was sitting right there the entire time but never bother to look up as I stood 12 inches in front of him patiently waiting, afraid to ask for help for fear of a repeat performance of when I initially walked in) YES MAAM YES MAAM YES MAAM YES MAAM YES MAAM YES MAAM...!!!!!
