Crosby's Marketplace — Local services in Manchester-by-the-Sea

Most of the employees are very nice there but it’s the management and how they treat complaints is beyond disgusting. Kim has been attacked by 2 employees for 4 years in Crosby’s. Complaints to management have been filed and nothing was done till the incident on 5/2/24 where she was verbally attacked, unprovoked for wearing a Trump hat (Video can be seen on Instagram) which clearly shows what happened. Nothing done until the night manager (Adam F) attacked Kim and then filed a false harassment report with the police. The police came to our house and told us we were banned for life. Even then only, I believe the owner got involved because of possible repercussions if the truth got out. It cost us $10000 to defend ourselves. We won!!!! Do you think we got an apology or an offer to help pay for attorneys fees? That would be a big fat NO!!! Of course Crosbys wanted us back because we spent ALOT of money there. Everyone here was extremely rude and the prices are way too high. We did our shopping here, walked over to get a bite of food, and they towed our car, lied about how long it had been parked there and wouldn’t let our 7 year old use the bathroom while we waited for the Lyft ti go get the car. How low can they go? There are no signs saying there is any time limit to parking there. Not only did they tow us, but they towed two other cars in the short time we waited there, the nasty cashier came out practically dancing with joy when the tow truck showed up and excitedly told the driver which car to take next....

I love Crosby's I love all the people at Crosby's I think everybody there is wonderful very nice! My problem is what the price of scallops. Scallops were 2799 down at your store nobody was even buying them and now they're $29.99 and they're out of my reach now it's unfortunate that you waste so much money on these and end up throwing them out. You should sell them in a more reasonable rate as market basket is selling them for $24.99 and you would sell more and not waste...
