Dollar General — Local services in Manchester Township

Very poor customer service. Extremely rude cashier named Alex. He Does not know, he does not care to learn or follow dollar generals coupon policy. I think It would be wise for employees to know what they are talking about, instead of making themselves and your Manchester store look incompetent. The policy is in your app!! Maybe try checking it out! I took it upon myself to read it and learn it. Is it too much to expect that employees do the same? Get with it...

It's dollar general. Poor quality, no real bargin. Exactly what one would expect. Staff is usually friendly. Staff often is working alone, which is troubling. No fresh food. Very poor adherence to pandemic safety guidelines. Staff has told me that they are prohibited by company policy from enforcing mask mandate. Unsafe. Unfortunately, Manchester has few other options...

The place is usually really dishevelled and disorganized, but it's an okay place for if you have to pick something up really quick with the kids. I wouldn't recommend getting anything that you really need from this place, it's more like party favors and snacks. this is a very good place to grocery shop, but it's a good place to just shop around and maybe find a few...
