I already knew the colors would clash due to the birth stones of my family, but Ann was with me every step of the way in designing a piece worthy of my mother's memory. It only took about an hour for a final design to be made, a couple days to receive the estimate for labor and materials, and another 2 weeks for the final product. Had a great first experience. Being a jeweler many years back, I was/am very picky and expect quality work in this trade. I brought in a signature design pendant of Taz and had a 38 point diamond set in his mouth. Being a custom job, I let the jeweler decide the best way to mount the diamond. Well, I was very happy with the workmanship and outcome of the piece. I brought in a18k diamond and pearl ring I needed resizing for my lady and am picking up tomorrow.
