I bought many a video game, CD, and movie from this pawn shop. All of them worked, no issues. Most of the employees are friendly, especially the guys that work there. There was one employee that made me incredibly uncomfortable though. She attempted customer service, but in an aggressive way and eventually crossed the line. She would use a very loud, almost accusatory tone, asking why I wasn't at the store for their prior sales and got really pushy about it. I couldn't even look around at the merchandise because she wouldn't leave me alone and let me browse. It was really awkward. One day, she did the same thing, then all of a sudden she grabbed my arm and pulled me over to look at their sales sign. Not only was it uncalled for, but it was painful. I only went back a handful of times after that, but if I saw her in the store, I would leave and come back another day. Eventually, I just stopped...

This has been the only pawn shop I would use here in town for the last 15 years, but that has most definitely changed after today, they have new staff and I believe they are going to ruin this place for a lot of people, I took in well over $400 in items and was told how much I would get for each item, then when he was done looking everything up I asked, ok so how much for everything and the amount for everything was $30 less than what he originally said had each item been sold individually and then I was told I wasn't able to pawn it I HAD to sell it to them, the radar detector alone was a $250 radar detector that he said was only selling for $20, but after doing my own research they are selling used on eBay for $149-$179, and those are completed sales, yeah I should have done my own research prior to going in, but that's no excuse for them lying and taking advantage of people just to...

I used to use this place since I moved here in 2010 but never ever again. The manager there uses personal conflict to ban me. A long time customer. It's not my problem he acts that way. It's very sad bc I'm not alone in thinking this store has really gone downhill in friendliness and customer service. Sam needs to run the place because hes only person who acts like he cares about customers.
