Check on the hours to be sure. I went twice and they weren't open. Still, someone helped me even though it had nothing to do with their department. I had no clue I could get equipment for the short term without buying. I had knee surgery and needed a walker. The location is really set back and hard to find but don't give up! Very highly upset nobody notified me about anything involving rental payments and how the program worked with the equipment the front lady was very rude I would of never brought back the equipment if I knew they weren’t going to return the money I gave them like they told me would be returned to me upon drop off and the shipment be in great condition witch it’s was ….nobody rent or donate here these people are disshonrst rude and not a very good charity all around so...
