Well I liked going there. But after my recent experience. I'm not happy. We were there for our set time. We were asked to let a group tee off in front of us. Because we had 7 people. We were fine with that. Mind you we waited 25 minutes after our tee time for the other group. Then when we finally teed off. The owner or employee drives up to us and asked to split up our group, because we were taking too long. Tried to explain to him that we did as he asked. But he chose to talk over us and not listen. Then he drives out to us 20 minutes later saying we're taking too long and split up the group. At this point he claimed he talked to us 45 minutes ago and that's why he's out there again. Well by this time he bald faced lied and I called him out on it. Asked him if he thought he was the only one watching the clock. So he asked me what time it was. I told him 12:15. Which our tee time was 11:12. But we didn't first tee off till 11:35. So by this time I'm very irritated. We didn't do anything wrong and he kept lying about things. Just to prove a point. Which I called him out on that. Told him when you start off lying to prove a point doesn't make you in the right. By that time he could have gave us our money back and we would have left.. That's not how you run a business and treat people like they are stupid. We did as he asked and paid for it after. So watch it if you let another group go...
Read moreI have been here many times for gatherings with friends/family and the occasional game of casual bowling. This last visit was for one of my nephew's birthdays. There were several kids who were bowling for the first time and most who don't even know how to keep score. It was simply something fun for them to do to celebrate a birthday. The fun came to an awkward halt when Karen engaged in a loud verbal argument over the group wanting one of the children to join their classmate who just arrived on the new lane. Fortunately, we were able to move past it with no further incident, but I still do not understand why Karen was so opposed (even a month after the fact). We pay for shoes/games so we should be able to determine the appropriate use of services purchased (games and lanes). I hope this was a one-off situation and that Karen was just having a bad day, or not understanding that the kids simply wanted to bowl, and didn’t care about games, or keeping score. I am not a regular, but I think I might search for a new source of entertainment next time we are in need of a space for a gathering of family...
Read moreThis maybe the worst experience I have ever had at a bowling alley. From the lanes and pin setters being to old and moving a lot faster than the scoring system causing glitches. To the staff being completely rude stating that a bowling alley isn’t a place for a kids. We had two lanes the kids finished before the adults by the time the adults finished they had given our lanes to someone else while we were on our way up to repay for another round. Even though 3/4s of the building was empty. Both people working on 3/26/23 from noon to at least 330 do not belong doing any job that direct deals with customer interaction. Also the cheese curds were...
