My couch was under warranty when the frame on it gave way mind you it is only 2 adults in our house and I also keep covers on the cushions to keep them from wearing down but they want to say it’s customer abuse I didn’t realize sitting on your couch is abuse I am really made about this because the warranty person stood here and told my husband and myself it was faulty framing and he would write up the report and order the parts then when I called to find out when they might get it fixed they say customer abuse. The furniture was exactly what we order the delivery was less than impressive. After we confirmed the day prior of the delivery time and date they still could not arrive on time. They had from 1 pm to 4 pm which i had to take of time from work only to show up at almost 5:30 pm. This happens every time. They always have an excuse but never care about the customer. They could not pick up the phone to notify us that they were running late. No, i had to call after 4 pm to be told that they were on the way. I went to this facility to get a furniture set and the lady that was helping me was very nice and helpful. When i finished my application and she gave it to the manger she denied me and said oooh i cant do it. would not tell me why but told me i could pay cash for it. So i left there and went to the facility in sumter and was approved. I would like to know what was so different between these 2 stores. And me getting approved one place and denied the other.
