Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Ongoing issues with horrible customer service and the extreme level of unprofessionalism. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect for simply existing. Every single staff member is horrible. Yes. Even the pharmacist. I am always ALWAYS kind, patient and understand being understaffed and overwhelmed. This is NOT what’s going on here. Don’t bother sending your prescriptions here.. especially if you plan on picking them up the same day. You will guaranteed be yelled at, belittled and scolded. Want to drop prescriptions off and do a little shopping? You will have the pharmacist getting an out of control angry attitude and you will hear her yelling from the back about you needing to wait… I have never rushed on any prescriptions or really minded them taking a while to fill .. again, I understand .. so the unwarranted, unprofessional attitude, being yelled at and shamed is confusing.. almost as if I’m getting a prank played on me.. Have a question about literally anything? Don’t bother. You will get scoffed at and treated as a nuisance. It’s best not to speak. At all. To anyone. Do your due diligence and read your refill dates, don’t assume and go based on what this pharmacy tells you. I had to go back and forth with the pharmacist and a tech multiple times on my refill date they got wrong because of their error of refilling my rx on the incorrect date. .. I understand everyone has an off or bad day sometimes.. but the behavior at this pharmacy is consistently unprofessional, abrasive, rude and abusive. I will be looking into as to whom and how to report them. They are negligent on every level. After years of dealing with the misconduct, dispensing errors, dishonesty and being treated with such abrasive disrespect, I’ve reached my limit. I called multiple times across three hours after opening to ensure I would be able to pick up a medication that was submitted by my dr. yesterday afternoon, only to receive the “the pharmacy is closed” message every time. I called customer service and they said there was one person working, which is why they didn’t answer.
I drove over because I Must have this medication this morning, and have been sitting in the drive through without acknowledgement by the two people on staff for 20 minutes. Four cars have left behind me and I am still waiting because I do not have an option.

Read moreIt's a hit or miss with service. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the employees Samantha at the pharmacy. From the moment she approached the window she was rude and dismissive. When I politely asked a few questions about my prescription, she acted annoyed, responding with a condescending tone. It felt as though I was bothering her simply by asking for help, which is incredibly unprofessional for someone in a customer service role.
Their overall attitude was unwelcoming and cold, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any assistance, she seemed eager to rush through the interaction without showing any care or consideration.
