Absolutely horrendous. Please don’t trust them with your wedding dress! My fiancé had numerous problems getting the dress finished in time in the first place. My fiancé had to take 3 unnecessary trips down from Provo (where she was berated about gaining weight - despite her actually having lost 5 pounds, she’s about 130lb) to even get the dress finished and paid $450+ dollars for one of the worst alteration jobs possible.

So, that was the boring part. Now the fun begins. My fiancé put on her dress for bridals (two nights before the wedding) only to find that the left sleeve was cutting off circulation to her arm (and keep in mind—she’s not a big girl, by any means) to the point where she could barely move her arm after about 30 minutes (this was after a trip down to Hobble Creek JUST to get the arm holes widened). I’m addition, the clasp for the bustle was ripping and sloppy seams were evident throughout. Luckily, we were able to find a tailor in California who was able to fix the dress the day before the wedding. The tailor laughed at how awful the alteration job was and said that one arm hole was much bigger than the other and that seams were falling out. The kicker? The tailor in California fixed the arms, fixed the bustle clasp, and other loose stitches within 6 hours for only $75. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to...

Hi!! Let me tell you a quick story! After a horrible alteration experience where my first dress got ruined and left me scrambling for a new one I was so nervous to get it altered with only 15 days till bridals. When I tell you that Rachel was AMAZING. I mean she was AMAZING. She was so kind and so talented. She gave the best advice, and jumped through hoops to make it work and get it back to me in time. She is seriously the best. I even had one or two alterations after I got it back I wanted tweaked and she did it SO fast and without charge and she was one of the biggest blessings for this whole experience! I purchased my wedding dress from Frankie Jane and it had a lot of work to be done with alterations. Frankie Jane said the only seamstress they would trust with this dress was Rachael.
