Found this little shop last minute. I had already been to 2 other places that day (davids bridal, horrible experience) and (fantasy bridal, too $$) and was feeling really disappointed and discouraged. As a first-time bride, the other places did not give me the experience that I was looking for at all. When I called Melissa, she was leaving for the moment but turned around and reopened her shop to squeeze me in as a last-minute appointment. She provided me with this experience I had been looking for all day!! We ended up finding a beautiful dress the very second dress I tried on! It was within my price range. (Which was below $400). She styled it with a beautiful belt. That was too cute for me not to also purchase. I must say Melissa made my day!! I will forever be grateful for the moment that she gave me and my bridesmaids. I was really disappointed in what happened after I bought my dress. I was referred to an alterations lady. Her name was Debi. She did an awful job at alterations. To the point where I could not wear my dress anymore. When I bought it, the dress fit, all I needed were my sleeves adjusted, or so I was told. They said it should be an easy alteration and gave me her number. Debi destroyed my sleeves with safety pins, not fixing the tears she made. She left string hanging out. She took it in too much where it wouldn't zip up. I was told to just fold the zipper down by the bridal shop. I spent $1300 on a dress. It should have fit perfectly. I was not given transparent information and over all I was recommended to someone by the shop that completely ruined my dress. Do not go through alterations here. Do not trust that if your dress doesn't fit perfectly it is...

I was absolutely blown away by this bridal shop! Melissa was amazing and very helpful. I had a very specific vision for my dress and she helped everything come together every step of the way. They did both my dress and veil, with a ton of customizations and additions. I included photos of the original dress and then the one they made for me specifically. I seriously got my exact dream dress and I didn't know it would be possible!
