Fry's Pharmacy — Local services in Marana

Awful experience. My daughter recently had an eye injury and we went to this pharmacy to get her prescription filled. The tech told us it would be 20-30 min when we got there so we decided to wait because we needed the prescription that day. They made us wait over an hour while my daughter sat crying the entire time in pain. We were the only people waiting and only 3 people visited the pharmacy in that entire time so they weren't swamped and busy. Both techs were rude and one of them didn't appear to be doing anything for a good chunk of the time we were waiting. If we had gone to Walmart like I usually do they would have had our stuff within 10 minutes and they're A LOT busier than this place. I wanted to love my experience but after the first visit left me feeling humiliated by a socially inept, condescending tech, I never wanted to go there again. But I tried again, and the second time was better. Just yesterday at 9, I tried to use the drive up pharmacy, but they were not open, even though their site says open at 9. So, yeah. If I have questions they answer them.All the staff has been very kind, respectful, professional and courteous.
