I had a horrible experience!!!!!! I arrived at 7:30a.m. with my 4mo. old infant daughter with a antifreeze leak. I had been there twice earlier in the week with the problem and purchased $25 in antifreeze from them. I told the employee I had a leak and asked for someone to repair it. I was told noone would be available till 9:00a.m. so I said that would be fine and WAITED due to their first come first serve policy Ive experienced in the past. Noone began work on my vehicle till around 1:00 or so...I continued to wait because I didnt want to take a long drive to another shop and risk tearing up my motor. I gave two stars because I was offered a bench seat after an employee cleaned off a pile of parts and boxes which I declined because it entertained my baby to spin around on the stool. The bathroom was completly DISGUSTING and because of my wait I had to change my daughters diaper on the bathroom floor twice. I expressed my unhappiness about having to do that and was told Im Sorry by a worker but it was obvious noone was going to clean it in any manner. I was given my key to my vehicle a little after 5:00p.m.......YES, 7:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. with an infant. I was charged $44 for my parts and $100 labor fee. I was angry that my 10 hour wait was NO BIG DEAL. I got in my car to drive home and when I hit my breaks they went to the floor.....I became more angry because my breaks were fine when I got there. I went back to the garage and told them my vehicle was unsafe and when it was checked again break fluid was leaking out....Again NOONE wanted to fix it because I was at that point being very loud, cursing, and not very easy to get along with...the employee became more friendly about it when I requested to purchase my break lines and climbed under my own car in their parking lot. A good Samaritan came along and offered to take his personal time to put the break line on till a mechanic that was called showed up. I drove my car into the shops garage and this individual and I got in the pit under the car and began the repair. The employee allowed us use of the garage till the mechanic arrived. The good Samaritan was finished at 8:00p.m. the mechanic never showed up..and I will say the busted break line was no fault of the garage....the line was rusted and it was just crazy timeing that it decided to spring a leak after my 10 hour wait with my infant daughter. I would return to buy parts , gas, and tires but defenatly think the garage repair situation is flawed in a BIG WAY. I support our local buisnesses and am glad we have them but this one needs a little more attention and...
