Very poor customer service in the paint department. Took paint bucket in for them to match a white shade for a ceiling. Was expecting something close to the white in the bucket. When we opened the paint at home it was gray and dried a gray, not even close to white. Called and person on phone said let it dry, We already had and it was still gray so they said bring it back. In the meantime we purchased matching paint elsewhere because this store had closed for the day. Returned Monday with the bucket they initially used to match and the paint pan showing how it dried gray. They refused to give our money back even though they admitted it had been mixed wrong. The only choice was to take two gallons of flat white (which we do not need), said that was all they could do. AWFUL experience - will never return to this store or recommend it to anyone. How was it in any way our fault they mixed it wrong? They needed to return our money and try to sell those gallons of gray to someone else. TERRIBLE customer service...

I come into this shop all the time. I've never had a bad experience. Most of the time its is not crowded wall to wall with people all day. The store is keep clean 👌 Thats super nice to see! It is handicap ♿ accessible with handicap parking right next in front of the store entrance. If your in a wheelchair there is plent of space to get around the store. HOWEVER, this store doesn't di temperature checks masks are optional for both employees and its shoppers. They do have a divider at the check out line. I figured with things changing all the time Id add that in. You can get everything from bird feeders to horse leads, they have really good spray paint 🎨 and regular house paint, interior or exterior. You can purchase plumbing materials to outside grills patio stones to vehicle supplies like oul and antifreeze. THEY ALSO MAKE KEYS HERE! INCLUDING CHIP KEYS 🔑. They are in a lot of its own right next to Big G grocery store....
