Came in for the first time purchased 7 bottles. Thought the prices were fair customer services was good too. Then I opened them later that night to see how the 4 coquitos tasted prior to using them for the party. 1 was spoiled. Called the store to explain I needed a replacement. They might time clerk wanted me to come the next day when I wasn’t available. I waited for Jason to call and get mgr approval. Came into the store they had to pull all the bottles off the shelf because they were all out of date. Next I went to cash 3 of my 10 winning lotto tickets from the same purchase. He would only cash 2 because they refused to acknowledge the rules written by the Florida lottery on the website which says if I get the bonus it’s double the amount printed. Palm Lakes Liquor store is The Best I’ve ever seen! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of drinks. They are team that you can see they are friends, the are always laughing and making jokes.
