Roach! 1st time coming to this location around 8pm Friday night. There is a drive thru but no one else inside of the store was waiting for anything. Took entirely too long for a cup of tea during non peak hours. After I had powered on my laptop etc and was wondering if they forgot my order, I went back to stand by the pick up counter and finally received my drink after standing there. It just made me feel like they werenāt prioritizing my order at all because I was sitting in and appeared to not be in a rush. Next unfortunate eventā¦.I was sitting at a table near the window and a small roach came onto the tableā¦.next to my tea š¤®. I didnāt overreact at first (we are in Florida) but then I got so grossed out realizing this roach just crawled onto a table in the middle of the day. It wasnāt a palmetto or just an accidental outside roach that got in. A small or baby roach like that makes you think there must be a roach infestation. I proceeded to tell the barista nice and quietly. Let me tell you, the reaction I received was not what I expected. It was almost like as if she didnāt believe me. Perhaps she just doesnāt know how to handle the situation, she said she would go over to the table, I said that was quite alright, but I was letting her know in case they should be calling an exterminator or something. She thought I said "light ice" and she kept talking over me. She talked over me at least three (3) times trying to take my one simple drink order. I actually ordered, as previously stated, a Doppio Espresso with a SPLASH of COCONUT MILK.
Dog hanging out of the driver window of car ahead exhibited excessive loud barking. It took a long time for the car with the dog to get serviced as boxed food items were handed to the car, rubbed up against the dog, then handed back to the window worker.
At my turn the window worker asked whether I ordered an Iced Coffee. I said no and told her about the Iced Doppio again which is similar wording, I guess. Then she asked whether mine was with Almond Milk and she kept saying Almond milk although what she just handed me said Coconut Milk. She argued (not in a mean way? about "yeah, Almond Milk" several times after I told her "no, mine's Coconut Milk. She looked to a co-worker behind her as she kept saying the wrong kind of milk and I told her she's saying Almond Milk yet what she handed me says, on label, "Coconut Milk" as ordered. Simple order.. at least youād think. Iāve had barista arguing with me that 1/2 was less than 1/4š§ and that Non-dairy salted caramel was the same as non-dairy vanilla š¤¦š¾āāļø and even though Iād pay for an extra shot of expresso grande comes with 3 shots, so an extra shot would make it a quad 4.
Somehow there would be no espresso in my drinks! Just almond milk and coffee flavor. I get the same drinks everyday I know exactly what color itāll be if itās made correctly and I know what the coffee and ratio should be if made correctly.
Iāve had to go to other stores to get a remake several times because this store just canāt seem to get it right! And maybe because I complained to the 1-800 that no one there knew the difference between 1/2 & 1/4 and that on several occasions even though I paid extra for almond milk and was given real milk (very lactose intolerant I know immediately when Iāve had milk š¤®) thatās why they consistently started messing up my drinks!
Whatever it is I definitely wonāt be coming back and I definitely do not recommend coming to this...
