I discovered Daily European thanks to a recommendation from a friend—and let me tell you, it truly is a hidden gem. The store itself is small, but don’t let the size fool you—it’s full of treasures, especially if you’re someone who misses the flavors of Eastern Europe. If you’re a fan of unique drinks, you’ll find favorites like kvass and Borjomi mineral water. I was especially thrilled to find buckwheat, Nijin-brand pickles, and—my absolute favorite—chocolate-covered glazed cheese bars (the Voloshkove Pole brand nearly brought tears to my eyes when I saw them on the shelf!). These are the kinds of things that instantly bring back memories. Another highlight is their house-made products. My personal favorite is the Napoleon cake. Sometimes it’s a bit drier, sometimes more moist—I’m a fan of the moist version, and when it hits just right, it’s perfect. My friend loves their salads, syrnyky (cheese pancakes), and borscht—so I can confidently recommend those as well. If you’re missing familiar Eastern European pharmacy-style products, you’ll be happy to know you can find many of those here too. The first time I visited, we were helped by an incredibly kind woman who gave us lots of tips and recommendations—our experience was flawless. Unfortunately, on a more recent visit, I had a less pleasant interaction at checkout. I was buying my favorite chocolate cheese bars, and the cashier said, “Well, you picked the item—it’s hard for me to scan.” As a paying customer, I really don’t think I should be made to feel guilty for buying something just because it’s difficult for someone to scan. That comment was completely inappropriate, and I sincerely hope the management takes this kind of feedback seriously. Customers come to spend money, not to be criticized for their choices. Despite that one moment, my overall experience with Daily European has been overwhelmingly positive. The products are fresh, tasty, and the expiration dates are always in check—which is especially important, because in similar stores I’ve sometimes seen expired goods still on the shelves. But here, everything appears well-maintained and carefully curated. So yes—I absolutely recommend this store. Whether you’re craving a taste of home or just curious to explore something different, you’ll find something to love here.

Very nice store! It's small, but we found everything we needed. From rye "urojainiy" bread to red caviar. They have Russian salads, pelmeni, pickled vegetables of all kinds, chocolates, spices etc. Even some medications! Would definitely stop by on our next trip from Florida to North Carolina. Totally recommend 👍

As far as the food and atmosphere go. I really enjoy both. There are things I have have before but had not seen in a long time that they carry. And they have some delicious Russian drinks. Some of the chocolates are excellent and there are a lot of things that I have tried that I love. The people there don't really speak English but that's to be expected. I actually enjoy going in and learning one or two words or names of things.

I read some of the other reviews that gave this place bad reviews. But a few were for dumb reasons. I'm American I understand. But things like they speak Russian in a place that sells a lot of Russian goods and the customer service was lacking because there wasn't much of a greeting even at checkout.

All I have to say is go travel. Even in Britain there's a lack of customer service like we have here. It's a cultural difference. You're going to a store that sells goods from another country and a lot of those people who immigrated here from there, I'm sure enjoy the fact that they speak their native tongues there. Stop being such snobs. But it is in East Cobb so...

I want to share Exceptional Experience at “European Deli Marietta”. I recently had the pleasure of visiting European Deli Marietta - a straightforward deli that offers an impressive selection of breads, prepared foods, and other European specialties. I must say, it was an unforgettable experience!

The pancakes and syrniki I tried were simply the best I have ever tasted. Having experimented with over 40 different recipes on my own, I can confidently say that none compare to the delightful flavors crafted by Lera. Her culinary skills truly shine through in every bite.

Moreover, I want to express my gratitude for the warm hospitality and cleanliness of the establishment. These qualities are essential when it comes to food preparation, and it is evident that Lera genuinely cares about creating a wonderful experience for her customers.

Thank you for your dedication and passion in serving such delicious food. I wholeheartedly recommend Europen Deli Marietta to anyone looking for authentic European flavors and a...
