Los Arcos Marietta — Restaurant in Georgia

I'm still in shock by the extremely rude service by one of the ladies in the front and then the follow up from the manager of this restaurant that I have been going to diligently for more than 10 years. The issue was over a bag of salsa and chips. I made 3 take out orders that was mistakenly rang up as 1 order. No problem. I paid with 1 card knowing that I can easily sort it out with getting reimbursed from my friend. I told them however I needed another set of chips and salsa because orders were separate. The lady said no!! 1 per order. Then got so angry because I was pushing back by telling her I have 3 orders but am only requesting 1 salsa and chips. I asked why am I being penalized bc the order rang up as 1 and why are we arguing over chips and salsa when I come there almost every week. She went as far as telling me that I didn't need to come back. WOW!!!! When I tried to file a complaint with the mgr the following week he said why am I complaining days later. LOL!! He said he heard about it and she was right!! So disappointed and dejected, I will not be returning. As a matter of fact heartbroken bc I did enjoy their food but I refuse to patronize somewhere that doesn't value me as a customer. I will be venturing out and taking my biz elsewhere. One thing this neighborhood isn't short of are...

I was a regular, going here at least once a week. But yesterday I went for lunch and they charged my credit card $5 more than what was on the bill when they brought it out to the table. My rewards card had also reset which meant I was supposed to get $10 off, but they didn't give me the discount.

I went to the front to get it corrected, but the main guy there told me that I had to ask for the reward discount or they wouldn't give it to me. He actually said we don't want to give you the reward, so you have to keep up with it when it rolls over. Funny because my balance went back to zero, so I guess if I didn't keep up with it, I would just lose it. I told him I wish they hadn't given me a rewards card if that's their policy. He acknowledged we were regulars there, but still treated us like that.

So, a sneaky upcharge on my bill and trying to hide the fact that I had a discount with my rewards card...if that's they way they're doing business now, I won't...

We've been going here for years. We noticed recently that the service is really gone downhill. We had decided to stop going but we really did miss the food so we gave it one more shot today. We got there about 3 o'clock and waited waited for a server the server was New and friendlier than the regular servers. When we did get our food he waited 20 minutes to come back and ask us everything was OK .. When I when I told him that my food was cold and stale, when it arrived I had eaten one bite of taco and 1 bite of the angelata and it was not edible. He said he would take it off the Bill.. He came back 10 minutes later and said that he spoke with the owner and that we had been sitting outside and sitting there for an hour so we shouldn't have anything taken off the bill we said that was fine. It was not the servers fault. We will not be going back this resturaunt and today gave us the information that we needed to confirm our original decision not to be...
