Bumping up my review to 3 stars because the owner addressed my concerns by refunding my tickets and updating the food policy on their website.

While I disagree that there was a pop up on the website (I bought the tickets from their website, so I would have seen it), hopefully the owners and workers are more diligent about informing parents in the future. I would suggest anyone buying tickets not only check their website, but also check google and yelp for adjusted hour times, since that seems to be the main way they are informing people.

The workers that day did not inform me that they were closing early, I learned from another parent. However, in my case, since the tickets were purchased almost a week in advance, it wouldn't have mattered either way as the tickets were already purchased without that knowledge. It still does not excuse the workers trying to sell me a birthday room for $75 while knowing they were closing in an hour.

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience here. I decided to pay for my son and his two friends to play at Wiggle Giggle for his birthday (as opposed to a party since he only had two friends). Upon arrival, I was told that I was not allowed to bring in cupcakes. Please keep in mind… I did not show with a birthday cake, candles, birthday hats and goodie bags. I showed up with some cupcakes. I reminded the staff that their website enthusiastically states you are allowed to bring in outside food, I was told “yea but not THAT food, its not fair to the other children.” There were literally maybe 5 other kids in the whole facility, none of which were in the food area. I was then told I would need to purchase a room for $75 for my son and his two friends to have a cupcake. I put the cupcakes back in my car and when I returned, a FELLOW MOM informed me that the facility was closing early for a private event. At no point did staff tell me this, nor was there any information on the website about early closure for the date I was purchasing. Also, this means the staff tried to sell me a birthday room, over cupcakes, knowing that the facility was closing within the hour. I only live 5 minutes away from Wiggle Giggle and had positive experiences in the past (I have even eaten cupcakes there, at a table, provided by another mother, imagine that!). But the fact that the staff acted so unprofessionally and tried to milk more money out of me really ruined the experience. I used to love this place with my 3 year old! It’s been a few months since I’ve been and decided to take my now 4 year old and infant today. The first issue is the front girl told me she couldn’t give me a receipt and it would be emailed. Ok no problem, but I never received an email! I checked my bank statement and saw she charged me for my infant. Children under 12 months are free with a sibling. The manager was extremely nice and confirmed I had been charged and issued a refund. Just a reminder to check your card if you don’t get a receipt!

So we move on to the play area. I fully expected it to be busy on a rainy Saturday. What I did not expect was how filthy this place was. It was clear they have not been cleaning properly for more than just today. I was so disappointed 😔 The floors were visibly dirty and sticky, the baby area had built up dirt and grime (see pics). There was dust and hair all over the play mats in some areas. Crackers , crumbs, and food wrappers all over the floors. I have never seen it like this!

Now, I KNOW kids places are not the cleanest in general, it is what it is, but this was disgusting. So much so that I wanted to share this in a post so that other parents can avoid this place. To me it is expected that places like these should do the utmost to at least not have sticky floors and built up dirt! I’ve been to plenty of places like gymboree, the little gym, buddies etc to know what to expect. Again, I’ve been going here with my son for a year now and it has been much cleaner than this before! This was around noon today so it’s not like I went at the end of the day either.

The manager was helping a party so I addressed it with front desk girl. I asked if I could get a refund because I didn’t want my baby and kid playing in this filth and was ready to go. She said I couldn’t get a refund and sent a really sweet girl over to clean the baby area. The poor girl, who looked maybe 16-17 didn’t have the proper equipment to clean so much dirt and grime. She asked for a vacuum and I couldn’t hear the reason why they didn’t give her one. I just left and let it go that I wasted $20 because I’ll never spend another dime here again. I should have received a refund especially since they couldn’t give the girl a vacuum to clean!

We just celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday party with about 50 guests. What a blast!! We had the best time. All went smoothly. We ordered the package with the host. Zaria went above and beyond to make sure our room was set-up and all went smoothly. Tips: Do order all through wiggle giggle. Balloons, pizza, VIP area for the parents, LED #…Pizza arrived hot 15 min before they went in to the room to eat. We brought extra balloons but you really didn’t need them. We ordered clusters for the sides of the banner and they looked amazing. Thank you, Peach X Moxie.

Marcos pizza is super delicious. Do have them cut in kiddy slices. We had plenty left over. 2 XL cheese kiddy slices fed the kiddos. They had juice boxes, chips and we brought our cupcakes from Publix.

Parents do wear grippy socks if you plan on playing with your kiddos on the slides. I have a 2 year old as well and almost slid down the walk-up part had I not had my grippy socks on. Also, the slides are sooo fun!! I was going up and down with my kiddos. What a rush!!!

Tamara, the owner, is amazing. The whole team are wonderful. She calls you 3-4 days prior to walk-thru everything. I’m a tired mom, so it was so nice to have that additional help to make sure we had all in place for the big day.

The bubble room was a huge hit! They call your birthday kid over and play their favorite song. All of the kiddos loved it.

The whole place is super clean. Whomever below complained about it being dirty…come on…Keeping anything 100% spotless with toddlers and such is an insane request. All of the equipment was cleaned and sanitized in between. My daughter still has her white Elsa dress on and it doesn’t look dirty at all.
