If I could give this review a 0, I would. I had a FTD flower delivery yesterday afternoon from family in North Carolina. When the flowers were delivered, three large sun flowers were nearly dead and some of the other flowers didn't look fresh. I thought maybe they would perk up over night but the next morning they looked worse and the water looked filthy. I called and told them my issues and told them I was bringing them back for a refund to my family. When I did, the lady that worked there said - 'well these sun flowers are dead' and I told her that is how they arrived. The guy at the counter, I assume the owner, abruptly told me to 'have a nice day' dismissing me immediately - in other words - to get lost, 'I don't want to deal with your complaint'. Wow. No apology, no accountability- just a 'I don't want to deal with you. He was rude. My take on this is that when they get FTD orders, they will fill the order with their old arrangements in the cooler since the buyer never sees the product. Shady. This business is the most expensive florist in Marion. For the money, I expect quality. I also expect people with compassion- not hateful. Read moreI ordered flowers through a 3rd party site that were beautiful in picture. All of my grandmas favorite colors and flowers. She was to arrive home the day of delivery from the hospital sadly to pass peacefully in her own home. When my family sent me a picture of the bouquet I reached out to the third party site because it was not what I had ordered. I paid 60.00 for them and this was such a hard time I wanted what I saw on the web instead this company decided to make there own version and deliver. The third party site said they would correct the matter and redeliver. The very next day this local company that made the arrangement went to my dying grandmothers house to take the flowers back. I cannot even fathom what was going thru their minds to do such an inconsiderate action. As she went to collect the flowers my mother actually paid her 40 more dollars to leave them and not to create the stress of this whole mess. Linda never explained or apologized for the inconvenience her actions and additional trauma that led to this. Do not order anything from here. No compassion, or consideration. Read moreLeft here crying and mad. We went in with a picture for reference wanted a broken heart we had seen online. The man said "what the devil is it" and when we explained it was a heart like it was cracked down the middle he said he couldn't do it because that don't make them custom like that. Tried to show us a book and we said we weren't interested and we were leaving he then laughed and said "it would end up looking like a sheet cake." Why was that necessary?? It wasn't and the fact he laughed shows he doesn't care about grieving customers. Had a similar experience 6 months ago said they couldn't do something so we were asking questions about the arrangements and he said "i don't know costumers usually tell me what they want". Same man. Two experiences similar outcome. How rude to laugh about it when we were walking out the door. Sad you can't find decent florists who are sympathetic . Left crying and completely at a loss for words with how unapologetically insensitive...
