Ordered spontaneously. I live 3 hours away, and wanted to send flowers to a friend who lived there. Besides a glitch that didn’t send my ‘from’ with my message, everything went very well. They delivered a couple hours later, and I received an email for confirmation, out for delivery, and delivered. Absolutely recommend. The only suggestion to the business, is maybe the option to confirm how they get delivered, so the sender can know if they were received directly, or left at a door, or with a neighbor or something. Employees very nice and helpful. Went in to buy a decorative blanket for a funeral. I was emotional due to buying for a close friend who had lost her daughter, losing a child of my own, it was a very hard thing to do. They had just got a new shipment in. The lady who waited on me, opened many and held them up for me to see each one. Many beautiful items, smells amazing in there. Store was very clean. Hemmerly’s has been serving Marion for many years. For a special occasion I placed an online order that needed delivered the next day by 11:30 am. I ordered online at 8 pm the night before. Clearly in the webpage they state we can’t promise a delivery time just a day.

The following morning I called the store and asked about our order. After a couple of minutes I was told they were working on the arrangement and it would be delivered right away. It was delivered by 10:30 am which is so appreciated!
