I gave Lee’a another chance after cutting them off for years. I went into this evening and order 3 orders of 3pc strip meal with two sides and biscuit. I had a feeling that the meals wouldn’t be entirely correct based off of the cashier going through an already packaged bag and requesting that she needed something else, and she walked away and when she comes back I see her being handed a new box. I get to my location and one of the jumbo “not jumbo” chicken strips is missing a large portion of the rest of the chicken strips! I call and tell them. ( Another strip in the same box fell apart which wasn’t a problem because it fell apart as I picked it up examining it.) Lisa asked my first name and phone number. Which was fine. But then decided she wanted to know my last name additionally to my first name! I said you don’t need to know my last name as I tried to proceed she continues to cut me off. Rude and more rude. I also demonstrated what customer service was told her to have a wonderful day/ evening. This woman clicked on me with no response! 😳😳😳😳😳 They clearly messed up one of the boxes prior to having boxes prepped, and still served trash in one of the boxes. I told them that they’re added to the rest of Marion restaurants that can’t do the basics. Lisa also made sure to mention bring the food with the receipt when you come get the refund. How do you spend $22.47 and you’re missing a portion of the chicken strip? I’m not falling in line and paying to fall in line! I will be there to get my refund and there food is in the refrigerator to be given back to them tomorrow! I tell no lies and I refuse to inconvenience myself for nonsense like this. Nobody is perfect nor any corporation! However they clearly rushed that box carelessly! They failed to seal it properly. My spirit told me that there would be an issue but my daugther wanted Lee’s . Never again because customer service cost nothing and you don’t need to be cutting anyone off for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read moreI thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here. The service was great and the person who served us on Monday May 20th, 2024 was nothing but excellent. Sadly we aren't from town (I'm from Canada) and by the time we got back to Toledo we realized that I ordered a 3 piece meal (I think it's meal #8) and my bestie ordered an extra pint of cabbage with her chicken strips meal, but I ended up getting a 2 piece meal and she didn't get her cabbage. Her daughter's chicken strip meal was correct and we did get our side of deep fried pickles.
Overall I was impressed with the chicken. It's not greasy like some other fried chicken places. If our order was correct I would easily give all 5 stars. If we lived in the area we would've gone back we would've said something, but there was nothing we could do because we didn't notice the discrepancy until we got back to my best friend's place in Toledo.

He went behind the counter and touched a female employee and who knows what else. When I asked the girl that was giving me food, I stated I didn't know customers was allowed behind the counter. And the reply I got was he works her. As I replied back, well I don't come in offen and he looks like a customer to me. Then crickets, no response or anything. My experience in fast food is if you are a employee off the clock you have no business to be on the line or be in sight of the customers. You only be their to get your paycheck or be in uniform.
