I am an elite member. We have been having a great time at this casino until recently. I booked a hotel room to treat my little nephew. We wanted to go to the movies, swimming and kid quest. When checking in not once was I told that the movie theater was having a private event so no movies! Then we weren't told about a movie being made so the kids walk way was blocked! So to feed my young nephew they were going to make us walk all the way to the parking garage then back to the middle of the casino to get to the restaurant. Not once did anyone try to make the situation better or even apologetic to the situation. I understand that not every guest can be accommodated with so much going on, but for them to not even give alternate options for younger guests OR even a way for the guests to comfortablely move around to still be able to enjoy themselves has me...

Well kept park, grounds are clean as well as the restrooms. It can get a bit noisy on the weekend. Lots of golf carts rolling around, looks fun! Gets quiet on Sunday after most depart. The pool and clubhouse is pretty nice. The laundry area is nice. The casino has a shuttle service but it's also fairly close it you want to walk. My shoes stuck to the floor, no one ever stopped talking throughout the movie even after having the staff come tell a few of them to quiet down, babies crying, cans hitting the ground, and the movie was so out of focus and dim you can't even see what is happening. Just downright disgusting. The only good thing were the nice ladies at the concession stand, I would have had a much better time talking to them instead of stepping foot into that oversized...
