5 Star Smoke Shop & CBD — Local services in Marlin

As this was my my first time going there usually I have decently bad experiences in smoke shops - workers won't pay attention and or don't know what they are talking about but this time- i was immediately welcomed by the newer employee I think her name was Heather she dressed very nice and I believe she wears glasses! she was so open and welcoming making me feel comfortable right away, she knew all the products I needed even showed me some new products I wouldn't even have tried that I loved. Her professionalism and customer service is a huge plus for this business- there was other customers and she served every single one in a timely manner yet still made me feel like i had her sole attention. 👏🏼 she was very helpful with my entire visit. 100% best employee I've encountered in a long time!!! I absolutely love this place, although it's employees have changed a bit, as of late. The one thing I absolutely loved about this place in the beginning were the employees. They always answered the phone and were so courteous. I still see alot of nice people and employees there but no one answers the phone anymore, except one gentleman in the evening.
