We have used Les Olson for many years. I love working with them. Their prices are great, the service fantastic and the staff always cheerful and accommodating.
To order paper, toner or other supplies for my copier I can either call or email my request. The products are usually delivered the next day. Fantastic! The guys who deliver our products will install the staples, waste ink cartridge or paper roll. They also take away our used items for recycling. I LOVE it when vendors make my life easier.
Their repair team is likewise efficient and knowledgeable. They come right out and take care of anything that needs service.
One of my favorite bonus features about Les Olson is that they have a tech office which helps with my computer’s interface with the printer. I have called when I can’t get cardstock to print in color or when I can’t get my ledger size paper to print the correct size. The have technicians who work with both Microsoft and Mac computers so they have the whole office covered.

However, please read the fine print on your equipment lease which does have more to do with the lending company that LEC. We leased a copy machine for five years. We were under contract with the lending company with a service guarantee with LEC. The service part was great but I feel we got sold a bill of goods especially when sales was doing their best to renew. Until we decided no, they reminded us that we had two choices, 1. buy the obsolete piece of equipment that is not made anymore for $2,600, or 2. ship the machine to the lend at our expense. After reviewing the contract, yes, we were on the hook for this....but we'll never do...
