Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marriott-Slaterville

Worst service imaginable! Asked for the manager multiple times only to wait, finally Kelsie comes to the window after they had missed my order and not made it properly and I was told to come back, they failed to document me as a customer. Very rude at the window and the girl on the headset was also very distracted and all over the place. I wouldn't go back there if I had too. For taco Bell's remake policy and customer policy that they pride themselves on and have written in multiple restaurants, this place doesn't care or give any concerns for their customers or the quality of services they provide their customers one bit. Not only was I going to get my order replaced but I was ordering additional food. It was 2 simple bean burrito to be replaced. Ridiculous! So I ended up cancelling my order and now I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to write a review. Very unhappy with the way I was treated at...

So let me start by saying, the food isnt the issue here. This review is purely based on the employees and the customer service. I went through drivethru at around 1am and the guy asks what I want so as I am telling him he doesnt say anything so I just list off the ton of items I want and after all that it's still silent. Finally he says okay and gives me a total. Weird. When I pull up this guy slammed his fist on the register area before walking away. I am in shock cause like what the hell, so he finally comes and takes my card and then hands it back and storms off somewhere, making the cook bring me all my food. She had to apologize because he was acting psycho inside. They need to teach their employee how to do his job and if he cant handle working at a taco bell of all places then he is going to...

This place is a joke. The lady that helped me didn't even greet me, even after I greeted her. She just stood there looking at me!! Then I left to go over to Flying J to get a drink, came back, and waited for my order. She looked right at me and then went back to what she was doing. All the while, my food is sitting on the counter getting cold. She couldn't even tell me that my order was sitting there ready. I'm not going to go looking in random bags sitting on the counter to see if it's my order, especially right now with COVID going on! She couldn't even be bothered with it! Oh!! And they burnt my quesadilla! Being truck drivers we do not have time to go back if our order is messed up!! I have worked MANY years in customer service and I could NEVER act like that or send product...
