Do you really want to hear it again? Sales person was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately every piece of furniture we purchased had to be returned for poor quality. The couch arms and arm covers were torn and it went back immediately. I plugged in the recliner and the motor didn’t work! I discovered the loveseat upholstery was coming apart at seams. The 2 swivel chairs arms had to be restitched along with arm covers. We paid a deposit Feb 2023 and had to pay in advanced before delivery in June 2023. The delivery truck has been to our home at least 10 times, which means we had to be home every time they came! They were great about coming on my husbands lunch hour but still very inconvenient. Once we got the couch back and actually sat in it we found it was defective. It was again returned for repair unfortunately wasn’t fixed so After many months and other issues I reordered a new set end of Nov 2023 because we weren’t given the option of returning our money! As far as customer satisfaction the only option I was given was the return of warranty of $600 I purchased and 10% discount on new furniture. Not the best customer service. Woodbridge has had our money since February and I still don’t have a finished product! Will I tell my friends to shop there no sorry. Wouldn’t want anyone else to go...
Read moreAfter visiting a number of furniture stores, I stopped at Woodbridge Interiors. Just browsing its two floors of furnishings and accessories was an experience—high-quality, stylish and ever so tasteful. While I made no purchases during my first visit, I did see a number of items that peaked my interest.
On a subsequent visit, I walked through the store again but with one of its interior decorators, Kim. We discussed likes, dislikes, needs, style, color – you name it! To be honest, the prices matched the quality, style, comfort, coordination of pieces and unique accessories. I had three rooms to furnish. After another walk-through, I finalized my initial purchase. A month later, my last major furniture pieces were ordered.
All my furniture has been delivered, and I LOVE it! Everyone who visits loves the decor as well— compliments abound!! The furniture is just perfect. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. It is stylish, tasteful, rich, comfortable and blends to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was money well spent. Kim’s help was invaluable....
Read moreEdit 7/12/18: I called 6/30 to get an estimate on the matching ottoman for the sofa we purchased. I made it very clear it was for a G-grade fabric because Kim had asked "D as in dog?" I said "No, G as in girl." Kim said she would ask Betsy, left the phone, came back, and said it would be $589. I called today to order the ottoman and Betsy said it would be $639, but I might wait for an additional 5% off. I asked what had happened since I was quoted $589 and Betsy said Kim must have quoted for the D-grade fabric. There is no accountability for their pricing because it's not posted online and some of it is just outrageous like $1100 for a flat, upholsted headboard. Original review: There was a nice slection of fabrics and a good representation of the furniture options. The saleswoman, Betsy, was very helpful in picking out the best fabric and she actually recommended a cheaper couch which was much more comfortable for us. The price was great, but the pricing was a weird experience. I had to give my card over before I knew what the total was. Everything else...
