I wish I could give 0 star for this place. The employee are mostly ESL personnel. Not that I discriminate someone who do not speak English as their first language, but if your job requires fluent English, then you need to be good in English! I had the worst experience notary service at this UPS store next to Virginia Hill Safeway where the notary public lady tried to play police and did not believe my affidavit. She spoke another language and did not understand the letter of the law in my affidavit. She asked me 5 times regarding my affidavit and I tried to explain to my best knowledge. She still did not accept my answer and went to her co-worker to confirm her question and incompetency. She did not even swear me in for my affidavit, because she was too occupied playing police role and question the authenticity of my document. After doing the whole notary service and charging me for the notary service, she decided she was not comfortable doing it, so she demand my notary paper back. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! She wasted my time and make me feel like criminal. Never in my life I was so mad at someone. She told me never to come back to her store (like she owns the store). I would never ever step foot back to this horrible place. P.S: Notary public is the law representative who ONLY supposed to witness your signature and swear your testimony to the best of your knowledge. Affiant is the one who declares under penalty of perjury under the laws that the forgoing is true and correct. There is NO WAY in any shape of form notary public can question or investigate your document truthful within the law. They are not lawyer, judge, or police to perform such act! I only write reviews if my experience was extremely terrible or above and beyond and this review is for the latter. Dinesh was AMAZING!!

My father passed away and we needed 50 programs for his service. Originally we had called Staples and they said they wouldn't be able to do the programs as we wanted. This was important to me because the programs my sister had designed were his favorite color (blue) and it had a gold trim which made it look classy. I called UPS on the Thursday before the service (Tuesday) asking if they were able to do it. Dinesh was the one that primarily helped me, but Amanda helped too and both were amazing!

Dinesh had me send over the file and said I could come in to the store to look at some samples. He was extremely patient with me (I was a mess for obvious reasons) and he walked me through the process, printed out some samples, and gave me quotes on how much the total would be. He said that if I gave the "ok", that they would be able to get the programs done by Saturday morning (and I was scheduled to fly out Saturday afternoon). Well, I gave the "ok" and they delivered! Come Saturday morning, the programs were ready and looked AMAZING! They even trimmed the programs so that it wasn't showing the white border (this is what Staples said they were NOT able to do). I have been using this UPS Store exclusively for all of my shipping needs over the past year or so. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their staff has always been friendly. All of my experiences here have been positive and they have been super helpful and go the extra mile, assisting with labeling and things when I was in a hurry. They have always offered great suggestions and alternatives for special shipping situations and are upfront about costs and are understanding if you decide to go a different route without judging or being dismissive. That's a big deal because, let's face it, sometimes you can find ways to save some money just by changing the way an item is packaged or going with another service and nothing sucks more than being made to feel bad about that, and they have always been understanding and kind!
