Great place to get your HIIT workout on the outdoor stairs in amongst the trees, view of the lake in winter, occasional deer, and best of all, fresh air! Five times up and down is one mile (about 55 flights of stairs). One time up is 11 flights of stairs.. For starters, take your time and do one time up and down, couple days a week, and increase the times up and down super gradually. Be sure to stretch, especially the lower body afterwards These cement stairs are located across the street from the main boat ramp, at the end of a parking lot. It will take awhile for the water to recede and then a major effort at clean up before the lake trail will...

This is a fantastic place to get your...
