Ott Electric — Local services in Marysville

Piss poor attitudes from the service technician's from asking such a simple question which was "can you look at my hot water heater since it only produces enough hot water to full up the bath tub 1/4 full but the tank is a 30 gal" their response was "nope call your landlord" although they are the only ones that manage the heating/cooling plumbing and electrical here. I am tired of taking cold showers and my voice about the problem my apartment has means nothing to the landlord and Ott's electric. Terrible place with terrible customer service!!! called OTT electric to hook up a hot tub and they said sure we can do that, got dinked around for 3 weeks with them saying they are just busy and they will get to me when they can. Then they said they just wont have time so the lady at desk said her husband used to work for OTT and he could do it for me so he came to my house and told me I had to go buy all the wiring and breaker box and gear so I did. then he was ignoring my calls until 3 weeks and said that he just cant do it!! I called Ott Electric a month and a half ago and had to leave a message. I received a call back a few days later by a lady who acted like she was put out that she even had to return my call. She proceeded to tell me they were busy and they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Well, it's been a month and a half and I've not received a call to schedule an appointment. No wonder they only have 3.5 stars on Google. Thank God our issue isn't/wasn't an emergency! If you need an electrician DEFINITELY look elsewhere. The negative reviews left for this company are definitely here for a reason....
