I normally don’t make such a lengthy post but since this business deals with animals, I’m especially frustrated with my experience.
They did a decent job with grooming my sister’s dog, however their customer service was awful. I wasn’t greeted and just asked who I was dropping off or picking up with a frown, and wasn’t thanked when I gave a 20% tip (not that I anticipated a huge reaction, but a simple thank you and smile at least? Nope, just silence).
Everyone working there looked miserable and frustrated with the dogs they were grooming, which I’m sure only caused the dogs more stress than they were already probably feeling. I understand being a groomer is a tough job and I have a lot of respect for them, but seeing this made me feel very uneasy of how they possibly treated those dogs and my sister’s dog.
Also, when I arrived for pick up, a young boy was on top of the front desk with his shoes off and face in his phone. He didn’t acknowledge me or get an adult working there, so that was odd and uncomfortable. I was unsure if I should say anything to him, but he didn’t look up once so I chose not to.

Read moreBEST BLOW OUT MY FURRY DOG HAS EVER HAD!!!! EVER!!!! I have two dogs, Klaus (a Belgian Tervuren Shepherd) and Lucy Fur (a Chinese Crested Powder Puff). Both had not been groomed in ages. I'm embarrassed to say that Lucy was completely matted, and Klaus wasn't far behind. Lucy had to get shaved; there was no other choice. But Klaus... they must have worked on him for hours. He had the best blow out of his life. Usually, groomers don't take the time to really brush him (and brush him, and brush him) after a blow out to get out his undercoat. Darlin Doggie Do's did. After most grooming, Klaus will come home and drop a ton of fur. In fact, if lighting struck in the corner of the house, a new Belgian Terv puppy would likely come alive. I was astounded. Moreover, he HATES his belly groomed. They likely had to muzzle him, but they did it! They were both so happy! Thank you Darlin...

Sophia has gotten another of her best fur cuts. She had a bad experience with Banfield grooming. The first was horrible for her, I took her back ...... she grabbed my arm so hard with her front legs I felt so bad for putting her through that. This morning I said it's furcut day,she ran under the bed, when she saw wear we were going she called down so much. That's 2 awesome fur cuts !!!! Amazing groomer 👍🏼👏👏👏
