I wish I could give 0 stars! I have rented from other companies completing multiple contracts and have NEVER had any problems such as the ones I've had with this specific store in the first month! There are other rental companies in the area, I suggest you go to them instead. My AUTO PAYMENTS were supposed to have been scheduled for Thursday's. They didn't try to take it out until Saturday and then wanted to degrade me over the phone like I was the irresponsible person when they didn't set it up on the correct day or at least admit to having a miscommunication. Lied to me and said everyone has to pay on Saturday's, corporate told me otherwise, when I mentioned this again his story changed! I attempted to look at my contract I signed digitally to see where the Saturday agreement was and was no longer able to view it. First he told me I should be able to view it, and then said I wasn't able to view it because my payment was late. hmm. I called corporate because this is unacceptable and I have a ticket number, they refuse to wait the two days for corporate to settle this. I almost wondered if they were going to call at all. They were not informative about the TV that I was wishing to purchase and then I downsized to a different model and they told me they had a different model and didn't explain to me the difference between the two. For me to make a purchase ,a large purchase, I want to know all about the item that I am purchasing. I asked what the difference was between the two TVs and they didn't respond.
