My husband and I had gone to several jewelers in multiple cities looking for just the right engagement and wedding ring set before we were married. We would explain what we were looking for in the way of design, etc… invariably a clerk would steer us to a variety of rings and tell us how great they were, often times they pushed the lab created diamonds. Stadheim Jewelers was different. After we said what we were looking for, Steve asked questions. Then explained and educated us on diamond grades and styles. He never pushed anything on us and made clear we could have things modified. What a wonderful experience. Jeff Stadheim also came out and described what he looks for in a diamond. We felt very well taken care of and they helped us find exactly what we wanted, and at a better price, for a better quality diamond then the others .My husband said, “all my life I never knew I needed a jeweler. Now I’m glad I’ve found one.” We’ve since bought other items from them and my husband even had custom pieces made for me through them. There is only one Jeweler for us-Stadheim’s. I brought in my wedding ring to be soldered together with the band and have everything checked out and fixed if needed. The store called me later and said they needed to fix a prong and I gave them full permission to fix anything needing to be fixed. After picking up my ring and paying the bill one of the main diamonds fell out and was lost. When I called the store I was told there was a warranty and to bring it in. When I got there they tried to back out of the warranty and after looking at it said I had 9 prong issues!! I got alittle heated and they agreed to fix everything including the missing diamond. Today I picked up my ring and took it to another jewelry store. I was told the missing diamond was replaced with a lab grown diamond instead of a natural diamond!
