Where to start, how about we just say, service is not part of their business. WOW, never have I seen a fast food place this bad. How bad? At least, not exaggerating, 6 customers, some with 2 or 3 people, waited as long as they could stand, then left. People, this was 7 at night, drive-thru wasn't even busy, you had at least 5 workers in the building and yet nobody to take orders at the cash register. When you did, one customer at time, making next person in line stand there with obvious frustration on their face until they walked out. Why did we wait the 30 minutes to finally get our food, not sure, still asking myself that question. Too bad, because you guys have great tasting burgers, but we'll never go there again. For the guy cooking, learn how to do more than one order at a time. Guy who is suppose to be taking orders at the window, shut your mouth and help out. Girl who finally took our order, pay attention for God sakes, we ordered 3 burgers and yet you still got the ticket wrong. I corrected you about 5 minutes later, since I had time, just because I happened to look at the ticket. Then of coarse, you didn't know how to correct it, so your manager, whatever she was, had to come fix it. To the owner of this BK, start fresh with some 8th graders who could do a much better job of organization then the crew who were there that night....
Read moreFirst off, the guy who took my drive-through order had a weird attitude, like I was inconveniencing him by ordering food at his fast food restaurant.
Then, I pulled up to the pay window and there was one car ahead of me. I don’t know how long he had already waited for someone to take his money, but after I was behind him for about five minutes he finally angrily sped off.
I then pulled up to the window and waited several more minutes. Finally, a lady walked in, looked at and left. I thought maybe she was getting someone to come take my money, but after several more minutes and several cars clogged up behind me, no one ever showed up and so it was my turn to angrily speed off.
To get back to the main highway, I had to loop around and as I passed in front of BK the car that had been behind me was also speeding off. Apparently, the Mason City BK enjoys wasting money on food and employee pay while permanently chasing away their potential customers. Doesn’t seem like a great business...
