This Cricket store has horrible customer service, starting with management. I came in because of an issue where both my phones all-of-a-sudden had no service (found out it was because of faulty sim cards) and the rep in the store didn't know a thing to do to help with the issue (and after I got the new sim cards, didn't even offer to help swap them out of the phones). We called the manager to get assistance, and that was just a waste of time. Their theory is that "a small speck of dust can get on the sim cards by entering through the mic or headphone jack, and prevent communication between the sim card and the device." This is a bunch of BS! They want me to believe that a small speck of dust affected both sim cards on BOTH phones, SIMULTANEOUSLY and made them disconnect service...AT THE SAME EXACT TIME!?
