Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mathis

This is the worse store i have ever been too, Other Sonic's are fast and true when it comes to Fast service. Mathis Sonic have even forgotten you ordered anything. I have waited 20 minutes before after only ordering a drink( with only a few cars in the parking lot). I have gone to the window And watched the young girls flirt with the male customers and don't even care if there is cars waiting in line and this is after she has given him his order and taken his money.. Come on Really? I have stopped going to Mathis Sonic and several other people have stopped going too because they dont care about customers and i always gave a tip .too. But the Sonic in other towns are fast. and not much on leaving their customers unsatisfied... i give this store a F ...

I was harassed by the manager then banned from coming back after I finally lost my cool. A rude employee lied and said I spoke profanity, which I did not, then the manager refused to leave my car or stop talking to me after I told her what happened, then she banned me from coming back. She also refused to give me the name of her superior, whom I will be contacting tomorrow. I did cuss but it was in my car with the windows up, and that was after I finished paying. So I believe they were eavesdropping, because the speaker should've been turned off as I had completed my order and paid already by the time I said a word after I finished talking to the original guy who took my order. Unprofessional and disgraceful. No wonder they only have 3.5...

App was not working so I pulled up to drive through to one of the worst speakers ever I had to lean my head out the window to barley even hear her. Right away I go to order mozzarella sticks like anyone dies at sonic they tell me no ranch . Ok no big deal I then ask for there LTO item they then tell me they are also out of that ranch sauce for that item ... ok... then after I pay an reive order I get my "master shake" with a regular soda lid on it I asked being sarcastic ,your out of whip cream to ? She replies yes we are out sorry ...lol I can't make this up out of 3 diffent things in one small family order . Small town sonics are built diffrent lol an not in a good way this location reminds me of kenedy tx...
