usually I don't write negative reviews because I find it to be tedious and honestly kind of tasteless, but I am furious at the product that was delivered. I don't know if their products and services are consistently like this, or if this was just a freak accident seasoned with poor poor judgement. my stepdad ordered this gift set for my mom, that totaled out to $200+. he also paid with Australian currency, since he isn't from the states. for dollar store products. not even dollar store, but family dollar. $20 - for a stuffed animal that couldn't have costed more than $5 and $15 worth of cheap products. the flowers came brown and some wilted, there weren't ANY balloons, and one of the lotions (that probably costed $3) was even open. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR SERVICE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. JUST AS MY MOM WAS, ON HER BIRTHDAY. I totally understand making mistakes and having something be misplaced/ordered incorrectly, but this is ridiculous. I don't want anyone to make the mistake we did by choosing Flowers N Things. I'm embarrassed that my mother, who deserves the world and more, opened up a gift basket that was meant to be filled with items for "pampering" and saw a pack of Carmex and Suave Ocean Breeze shampoo. with their Family Dollar clearance stickers still stuck...

I couldn't be happier with Flowers N Things! I called to place an order, and they were able to put together an arrangement that exceeded my expectations within an hour! They are absolute magicians when it comes to creating beautiful arrangements. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was SO helpful and kind while I described what I was looking to order. Flowers N Things is absolutely my go-to for flowers in the area after my experience...
