Order part online. Unfortunately order wrong part. When I went in the , manager, started giving me attitude from the get go. I apologized for ordering wrong part, he proceeded to tell it wasn't his problem. When I ask how I could return the items, which I had not picked up yet. He proceeded to tell he didn't know. Mind u he is supposedly the manager. I ask for his corporate number he refused and called the owner, who instructed the " manager", how to simply cancel the order. The manager was the most unprofessional person I've uncountered in a long time . Need less to say I actually go there because theyare a smaller store than O'Reilly's or AutoZone, I support our smaller business. But never again will I step foot in NAPA IN MATHIS.
