I have found this nursing home to be a community of caring staff, not just a nursing home but a place they endeavor to create family atmosphere, homey and joyful. Blanca Cano, the activity direct not only offers a variety of activities but I see her go out of her way to do extra little things for the residents on an individual basis, she also makes me and other family members of residents feel welcome to join in on activities and is open to new ideas which she then tells the residents and they vote on what they want. Sabrina Teall, a CNA, went out of her way to come on her day off to help me bleach and color my daughters hair and that was just something so special to me. Julie Rochester, med-aid went out of her way to shave my daughters legs and under arms and that’s what I call going above and beyond and also one day when the air conditioner was not Cold enough for my daughters expectations JULIE brought her a small portable fan of her own. I have to say that all the CNA‘s are so kind and caring with my daughter and myself and she is always well taken care of and for that I am grateful, the nurses also are very caring and I am especially grateful to Gloria Guerra because my daughter is gluten intolerant and Gloria has taken her a few gluten free items and that is very kind of her.Nicole Sahagun Alvarado worked with my daughter Rayni Padilla in such a caring and consistent manner that it reflects in how strong she has become and the progress she has made is now helping us here at home,...

Nichole w/rehab has gone above & beyond, How do you need to reach my goals to get stronger so I can go back home soon. Elva Celestino has been great about accommodating my dietary restrictions & supplying me with the tools that allow me to remain independent in feeding myself. Gloria Guerra has been a great ally in understanding my gluten intolerance. She has shared her own gluten-fr of snacks as well as experiences with me. Sabrina Teall came on her day off to help my mom color my hair. Julie Rochester shaved my legs when she saw that I couldn’t but I wear dresses. I feel safe & confident in the care CNAs Adele, Kendra, Nadia, Thelma, Omar & Tina. Mary Helen & Inez are awesome in the mornings. Both women not only get me up & dressed, but make sure I have all my things & make sure I am in a place I feel comfortable.Sarah & Elena not only take care of my medical needs, but refill my water cup & cover me when I’m cold. Thelma gave me pillows when she saw I needed more propping in bed. Everyone has made my stay here comfortable. Blanca has made me feel confident in socializing. Nicole has made me feel that I can get stronger & regain function. Fred has repeatedly addressed our room a.c. situation. Ronnie has helped me get to other places as I currently cannot...
