Ka'anapali Luxury Vacation Rentals — Local services in Maui

We rented unit 13B for a week in October for 8 of us (2 families). This could have not been the more perfect place. The villa itself is very modern and new and very clean- huge plus for us. A lot of living area for everyone to have their own space, and the kitchen is modern and great. Bathrooms are huge and so are the bedrooms. Front loading W/D is a plus within it's own area. A lot of storage as well. Garage fits 1 minivan well, with parking spot right behind it outside. Additional storage in the garage, as well as some beach items (chairs, coolers, wagon) that come with the unit. Since this is a bottom unit, it's very easy to walk to the garage, and outdoors as well- especially with little kids. Access to Hotel is easy and you can use the resort pools. We've stayed in many hotels, condos, etc. in Maui, and this has been the best and very peaceful and welcoming. The staff at KLVR was incredibly helpful from the start and to the end. Fantastic...

I’m not normally a person who posts reviews, as a mom with a crazy schedule and busy children, but I MUST post 5++ star review for Fereshteh and KLVR for their amazing Honua Kai Resort and Spa, advertised under Ka'anapali Luxury Vacation rentals.

Vacation is something I save months for and am always careful/choosy where I go.

My girls and I took our first trip to Maui and we were extremely glad we stayed at Honua Kai Resort and Spa, booking with Fereshteh. She was sincerely accommodating, very easy to work with, and she provided us with gold treatment.

Words can’t describe how perfect everything was and the fun we had in our condo, swimming in the resort and playing at the beach.

Our family had a great time at the Luana Garden Villas 11A & 11B! Fereshteh was always available and able to help! The villas were well stocked, extremely clean and very comfortable. The furnishings were just like the pictures! The AC worked great and the ceiling fans in all the bedrooms were awesome. The only thing I would change would be the location of the villas. We wanted 2 villas on the ground floor next to each other that would be easy access for kids and to play games on the grass. That was not the case for Villas 11A & 11B. There was a detention pond right in front of the lanais with a steep incline with signs for No Access and it was hard to walk back & forth. We would definitely be back but would choose different location...
