We purchased a couch, love seat and recliner and are extremely pleased with it from our sales professional Jennifer to all the other people in the store very friendly and absolutely no pressure from anyone we ordered our furniture and it came in and was delivered and set up well we went back and looked at sleeper sofas and found one we were happy with we also found a beautiful hickory tv stand that I just loved the wife liked it also so it was rather easy to convince her to get it we took the floor displays on both also the store was having a sale and event for past clients so we filled out a ticket for chances to win different items up to $1000.00 off your next purchase so we still wanted to talk about the couch and stand and went home about a hour or so later we get a phone call and we won the $1000.00 giveaway talk about awesome we never win anything so in the next few days we went and purchased the furniture and was waiting for delivery we got the call and it was delivered that's when we ran into a problem one of the foot on the bottom of the stand was broken off well the delivery men left it and I was assuming they were going to let the sales lady or someone who would take care of this problem well that did not happen so my wife called and spoke to Jennifer who was upset and told us that it would be taken care of that someone from service would call us so after a couple days and no call we called and left several messages over the next few days. Now comes the good part we called Jennifer back and she was upset no one had called us well Jennifer made some calls and service called us and made a appointment to come out and repair the stand in two days we had a service technician by the name of Mack well Mack was very professional and truly wanted to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the repair he explained what he was going to do he kept his work area clean as well as our home I am very pleased with Mack and his work ethics it's great to have a company that stands behind the products they sell and put you the Customer first I will definitely recommend and return to purchase furniture from Fenton Home Furnishings i also recommend seeing Jennifer she is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales woman you won't be disappointed with this Awesome...

Up-priced a desk over $940! My mom called very excited and was ready to buy her entire house of furniture from them. She wanted to show me what it looked like and measure the space where she wanted it set up. Thatās when I found the desk on their site in frankenmuth for $949 cheaper we called and told them to cancel the order! They assured us it was just a computer error and said they would immediately refund the $949. Desk was delivered and setup 2 days later. She waits the month and gets her credit card statement and there was no refund! So she gets out her receipt and whoever did the refund screwed up a 6 for an 8 on her credit card numbers. She drives back to the store and they assure her they will take care of it. They call a day later and say we called your credit card company and it was credited to your account. So she calls her credit card and they say no mam just the original charge is on there no refund your statement is correct. She calls back and they say itās an issue with your credit card not ours have a good day! They lost at least a hundred thousand dollars worth of furniture from this sale! Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased two alden flexsteel chairs in 2017, they have a battery powered recliner function. It stopped functioning completely in 2020 but fortunately it was under warranty. FHF picked up chair September of 2020 to repair, a few days later they said they needed to order parts and they would bring the chair back to our house while we waited for parts. I thought that was the worst idea ever but they were very insistent that they return the chair to us not fixed. Many calls have been made since to check status of part and apparently they never came in, so just keep your unusable junk chair and we will call you. As of February 2022 I have heard nothing, broken dusty chair taking up space in basement. I definitely will never but furniture with electronic components again. I wonāt be using FHF again either. Closest furniture store to my location was definitely not the best choice. Service after sale is horrible!!!!!
